AMAZING experience. Hidden gem that definitely deserves more attention and hype. I had the Coconut Shrimp which was PHENOMENAL. Reminds me of the shrimp skewers I’d have in China Town in Chicago made by Japanese aunties. The seared ahi tuna was insanely fresh and beautifully plattered, and the slaw was fresh and tasty (you can alter it with provided sauces and condiments). My partner commented that the drinks could use a bit of help since they tasted very regular and not special. Andres was our server and he delivered amazing service.

We had an amazing experience dining at Cholo’s Bistro, great flavorful food, great service, and a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. All of the food was soo good; perfectly cooked, seasoned and plated beautifully. Drinks were on point, gotta try the homemade ginger beer and the Cholo’s mule… Definitely coming back!

First time there. The experience was fantastic. Nice atmosphere, amazing food, affordable prices. The staff super cool. Chef Cholo was extraordinary, we had the opportunity to met him, so friendly. Highly recommended. The guava sauce was delicious, the “ropa vieja (shredded beef), better.

I have come here twice in the last two weeks! I loved it so much the first time, I had to come back a second time. Everything from the food to the service is a 10/10. The food comes out hot, the staff is very accommodating, and the cocktails are delicious delicious. I highly recommend the octopus from the appetizer menu.
